How to make the swag you need for your lemonade stand.

 

 

There are so many fun things on Pintrest under lemonade stand to get you started you can peek at my Lemonade stand board here  for a ton of  lemonade stand ideas.  These are a few that I  loved and picked to do for Studio 5 segment. you can watch it HERE

1. First I just had to make the drink straw flags into cookie/cupcake picks.  I just love doing this, because its supper easy and it add so much bang for so little time.  Come on don’t these little picks just make you smile?  you can find them on Caravanshoppe.com 

 

 

 

 

 

STEP 1. find wooden drink stirrers, they are Skinner than a Popsicle stick.  If you can’t find them at the craft stores I know Starbucks seems to have a lot floating around.  shhhhhh.

STEP 2. cover the stick with washi tape I picked yellow because well….. hello lemonade.

STEP 3. hot glue the flag to the top of the stick and then on top of that glue a bead or pompom or jewel  what ever you want to make it festive.  And as you can see you don’t need to do this step if you don’t want, it just adds a bit of extra fun.

STEP 4. tie a little bit of ribbon or bakers twin just under the flag to make it extra extra special!  and now  stick your pick into  a lemon cupcake and enjoy!
