Milk glasses

I was doing this for a shower and then she changed themes and no longer wanted to use these.  But I thought they were cute and still wanted to show you how easy it is to create the same thing with names or numbers.

First you have to drink a lot of Snapple or orange juice to get the glass jars….

Take off the labels with “goo be gone” one of my favorite products to remove labels and sticky gluey messes!!

Next you have to have someone make you some vinyl in the words you want etched on the glass. (Milk or numbers or your kids names,) how cute would that be??

rub the vinyl on the glass and I mean rub rub rub, I didn’t rub enough and I had some leakage.  The words are not as crisp when etching cream leaks under the sticker:(

put the etching cream on for a few min, my directions said 5 min and it seemed to do the trick.

wash off the cream and peel off the sticker and poof your done.  Such an easy fun project and how cute they would have been for the Nighty Night baby shower, cause ya all know you have to have milk and cookies before you go to sleep!
