I have a darling friend who I owed a favor to. I said I would be happy to help with a shower for your niece. I didn’t however have much time to put it together, this is what I came up with in two days.
I had these cute white lace tin cans from Ikea and just popped in a little plant from Ikea as well. The lanterns were from Ikea last year but I think they still have them. I just tied them up in ribbon to match her colors (white cream and green)
I also took my glass sparkling water bottles and wrapped them in gorgeous paper, ribbons and lace, so easy then just popped in a flower. the best part is you can recycle them when your done and you don’t have to store them.
These fantastic rustic trays were made by me and my honey. It is from old fencing. I’m going to be doing a wall in this wood so I wanted to see how it painted up. I think it will be perfect for my office wall I’ll post that later, but for now the trays are so much fun to have in my stash! and such a great use for old barn wood.
I love hanging chandeliers from a chandelier these little babies just sparkle when the tea light is lite and the ribbons add more color and romance. The lace table cloths are my grandmothers curtains and we over laid them on rustic burlap and pink linen.
I didn’t stay to see the food all in place but I’m sure it was darling I also lined her entry in the front yard with lanterns and had a cute door hanging. It was very welcoming and romantic!
