Even though we have just moved in a new house, and there are boxes yet to unpack and shoes yet to be uncovered.  I have decided to put up a little Christmas.  Not my whole house this year but a few rooms.

my chandelier in the dinning room. Right now that’s that only deco in that room, since we will be staining the floors soon.

I’m trying a new color combination in this house.  I have added gray and yellow and may or may not take out some of my aqua deco. For Christmas I just kept with the color theme adding yellow to my mercury glass ornaments.  I did pop some aqua into the tree this year and wow I love it!!  It is a little different, and so not a color combo that screams Christmas, but hey it works for me this year and I’m feeling a little daring these days.

 
I like my beaded branches on my large bare wall. LOL some day it will be full of photos and  frames, but till that day Its just a blank slate.
My very large dining table cut down to coffee table height is perfect for stacks of Christmas books and this little fun vignette of winter scenes under glass.
 
 My book paper wreaths are on my Kitchen french doors, so two new bows in yellow and blue were in order.  Not the greatest photo, so much cuter in person.

 You cant tell how ginormous this wreath is.  It use to be my, outside on the house wreath, but i needed something BIG to go over the unfinished fireplace.  I’m not a floral designer and I think i went a little crazy on the add in’s,  ha ha  but more is always better in my book!
                                                                  Let the season begin!
