Light it up

 Oh the joys of fixing up your own house.  I really am having fun giving this old house a make over.  It will take time and lots of it!! And it will take patience, which a virtue that I have not quite perfected yet. Ha Ha

 This is the before light that came with this house. A little small and a little dated.  I knew that this had to go.  I did spray paint it turquoise, and did  love it for a min., but its just too small.  So when I saw this over sized beauty at Z gallery I just had to snap it up!

This gorgeous light fixture was in my friends house.  She was moving and I begged to buy it off her.  She gave me a deal of course because she is so awesome and that’s what friends do for each other!  The funny thing about this beautiful light is there was never a light in the piano room.  And to make matters worse there wasn’t even a switch to turn on lamps.  We had to spend a little extra money to get it all wired up but the wait was sooooo worth it.

So now  I wait for a bit till I earn more  money for my dinning room light, and bathroom light, and two kitchen chandeliers, and………..
