Place #4 for suprisingly amazing party food Costco

A big box store?  Isn’t that like going to the store and making it yourself?  Well I guess you might think like this is just another trip to the grocery  store but its what they have that other grocery stores do not. A fantastic cheese selection,  I do think Harmon’s has a better selection but it is also double the price, (which I have paid for many times because they are fabulous) 

Have you ever walked down the cheese section?  seriously its like a specialty cheese store in a store.   I’m a bit of a cheese snob.  And I really think that you can put together a beautiful cheese plate for an appetizer or first course with the selection they have. 

I love a good cheese platter at a wedding shower or get together because it looks fancy. It not very  hard to put together when all you have to do is open the package then add the extras,  which usually consist of opening a bag of almonds and dried fruit, and slicing an apple or pear.

 Done and Done Isn’t it elegant?  surprising That all this came from Costco  I bought 6 huge pieces of cheese for about 50$  and I didn’t even begin to touch have of it.  we will be eating yummy gourmet grilled cheese for a month.  If I would have purchased that at Harmon’s or Trader Joes it would be double or triple that cost. And for the record you don’t need 6 different cheeses 4 would be just fine for a small gathering .
