Cents of Style Let it Be tee shirt

Good morning Friday am I happy to see you!  I just have to share with you this darling shirt I got from Cents of Style.  (code for the sale at the bottom) I just love shopping from that company they do so much for us girls.  I was so lucky to go to Snap Conference last week and hear Courtney Speak about her struggles she has had as a business owner.  Wow talk about  amazing gutsy and brave, I hope that I can have that kind of drive to do good and make a difference. The only way to see the rainbows is wait out the rain!  

So let me tell you why I love this teeshirt and why I had to have it.  LET IT BE  well not only is it a great song from Paul McCartney its my moms favorite phrase to say to me. I’m kinda a busy gal.  I get mixed up in lots of projects, I have three teenage boys at home and I work , and for some reason  my life doesn’t  run smoothly.  (shocking I know) Don’t get me wrong I love projects and creating teaching singing and being a mom but life just adds up and sometimes seem too overwhelming.  That’s when I need that little  voice in my head telling me to just Let It Be, to just let some things go.  Its OK to have piles of laundry and eat cereal for dinner multiple days in a row right?  Please tell me I’m not the only crazy working mom around here.  Ha Ha

It is so hard to do it all and lets face it nobody can do it all, so lets stop beating ourselves up for not being perfect, for not have a perfect Instagram house, for not cooking nutritious meals ever night from scratch, for not being to every kids game, for not having the energy to entertain our kids our husbands and friends every second.  Just let life happen and do the best you can with what you have, another phrase my mom says a lot.  Let It Be cause bottom line its going to be alright, your kids won’t starve, the laundry will get done when you run out of underwear and your house is happy cause its lived in!  I  let you in on a my little secret for staying sane….You need to make time on your scheduled for you,  write it in, make an appointment for you, its hard to do and will feel weird the first time you do it.  Find something fun like window shop at the mall eat a salad not made by you in the park.  Talk a walk anything that gets you outside of what you normally would do.  And remember let the rest BE!
