We have wedding photos, baby photos, and gallery walls full of family photos. I have some memory jewelry like wedding rings and ankle bracelets we get on vacation.  People like to keep ticket stubs, letters and grandmas recipe box, there are so many things that can create a beautiful home and make it feel like ours.  Look around your home there are so many fun corners, and walls that can hold beautiful things that serve as sweet vignettes for past memories.

I love picking up a beautiful shell, or sea glass from the beach. Beautiful colored sands from red rock adventures, or a heart shaped rock from a mountain stream, things like this are so fun to display on your coffee table or desk.  These little treasures always trigger the memory of those places.  I love having a family tree hanging in our house. It’s a great conversation starter, and you have easy access to great grandparents names.

A few weeks ago my father in law passed away. He loved the song ‘It is well with my soul’.  He wanted me to sing it at his funeral but, I couldn’t find the music or learn it in the few days I had. When I saw these beautiful signs from Joyfully Said Signs  I knew that I needed them in my home.
