Flower Chandelier

Hello most of you know that I’m always doing a project.  I get board easily so I feel like I’m a lover of everything and master of nothing. LOL  I guess you can say that I’m very well rounded. 

We purchased this fabulous house three years ago and have loved fixing it up.  It  takes us forever, I mean forever to do one project.  (Master Bath going on 15 months)  I just don’t want to go into debt for our projects but I have very expensive taste so it’s going to be a life long process I’m sure. 

I did want to show you this fabulous chandelier I found.  When we moved in we had a tiny chandelier hung so high you couldn’t see it in the room.  It was iron and very cabinish which was not our style. And in the photo above before the reno, you cant even see it because it was hung sooooo high.

  I replaced it with a cute little crystal light that did the job and added some sparkle to the room I hung it lower so that we could enjoy seeing it when we looked over at the gallery wall. 

 Well now look at this show stopper it’s huge and fills this large space nicely.  some times when you have ceilings so high that you have to move your dinning room table into the living room and put the little giant ladder on top of that to change out your light, you know you need to have a big light!!  (you have to be inventive when you can’t get scaffolding.)

I love how it fills the space and is a focal point where there is usually is not one.  Like I said in the beginning of this post I love a lot of things  I do a lot of things and hello I want to be surrounded by a  home that is beautiful and peaceful (hard with three boys running around) and most especially I want to always  be making my life better and more beautiful one project at time! So today its a light someday it might be the Master Bathroom!
