I don’t know why I feel so relaxed in my office, its always covered in glitter and ribbons. I guess being surrounded by girly things makes me happy. I do have a lot of boys in this house! I couldn’t wait to makeover my love letters. they have been black yellow white and covered in yarn but this year I’m loving gold and I wanted to to cover them in something fun and different.
I got the most amazing wrapping paper from the paper source gold glittered paper!!! (they still carry it) and the raspberry glittered paper was from Walmart at Christmas time.
So you get out your circle punch and start punching and punching and punching until your fingers hurt, and then you will have enough. 🙂 I really couldn’t tell you how many it took I punched and then if I needed a few more I punched a few more. I tried to double stick tape them to the letters but after I had done two of the letters I noticed that a few dots had fallen off, so I changed my plan and used hot glue, It worked like a charm.
Over lap the circles so that the letter color wont show through. I sprayed the edges and backs of mine gold so that they would match.
I think they are so darling on my mantel although I love them over by my gallery wall to, and maybe on my piano for when my singing students come over. Who knows where they will end up. But I sure do love the glitter and raspberry color! I’ll be featuring them on Studio 5 Feb the 10th I think that’s when it airs.
Ya Gotta have Love!
