When I was a little girl I loved looking into those little sugar eggs and seeing those little vignettes. Little bunnies and grass and Easter eggs scattered about. As I get older I love looking into Christmas windows, shadow boxes, snow globes, and little vignettes under glass. It has always fascinated me…those little tiny scenes those tiny people and the feeling you get when you peer into some other world.
I had to create a little spring vignette under glass, I just had to. So I decided to use a canning jar (just cause it was sitting there) I made my creation and…..well it didn’t look too special.
so I decided to spray paint the jar and just leave a window to peek inside, now it was starting to come together. I just spray glued an oval over the part of the glass I didn’t want to spray paint.
I needed to jazz up the outside so on went music paper fringe and a little glitter for good measure.
All done, whats in your little window? What is your little happy that you can put in a jar and look at when you are feeling blue???
Great job today and super fun projects! Way to go, you're a natural.
