5 of the Best Easter Desserts in my recipe collection!

Looking for a way to spice up your Easter dessert game? Well, I’ve got the perfect list for you! Here are five of the most delicious, festive desserts set aside especially for your Easter enjoyment. These Easter desserts are stamped and improved from myself and kids and with a few of them being no bake there are no excuses for not having the best Easter desserts around.

Easter dessert #1 No-Bake White Chocolate Strawberry cheesecakes

Mini No-Bake White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecakes. Why yes, that is quite the mouth-full (pun intended LOL). The best part about these is that you don’t need to bake them! With all the baking and cooking that goes on in preparation for Easter dinner, why not give your oven (and you!) a much-needed rest with these adorable little cheesecakes. They will have all of your guests asking for more. Make room on your list of must-have holiday foods, this one is a keeper!

Easter recipe #2 Cookie dough eggs 

Okay, so it’s no secret that I absolutely love cookie dough. Let’s be honest, who doesn’t?! LOL If you’re looking for a festive way to insert some cookie dough into the upcoming celebrations, look no farther! These Easter Egg Cookie Dough Truffles are delicious as they are cute and have an added bonus of being super easy. You’re welcome! This recipe doesn’t call for sprinkles, but I added some for a little extra flare. Get creative with your tasty decorations, have the kids join in for a fun (and yummy) family activity that doubles as your Easter desserts.

Little side note I used my cousin’s cookie dough fudge recipe here. I cut them out with an egg shaped cookie cutter and then covered in white chocolate, it made these little gems taste even more like a decadent truffle!

Easter dessert #3 chocolate brownies with strawberry carrots. 

What’s a dessert table without some good old-fashioned brownies? Better yet, why not add some chocolate covered strawberries and candy to said brownies? I don’t think there is a cuter way to top these Carrot Patch Brownies! Your little “bunnies” are bound to love these brownies and everyone else on your guest list for that matter. This is the dessert I’m making this year using the double chocolate Ghirardelli brownie mix from Costco. Supper easy and on the brownie front so you can have fun with chocolate dipping the strawberries. Just make sure you get one or two for yourself before this cute little dessert garden disappears!

Easter dessert #4 Strawbery cream cake. 

There something heavenly about fresh strawberries and cream, and this beauty does not disappoint! It is a wonderful elegant addition to any Sunday dessert table. This Strawberry Dream Cake is more dream than it is strawberries, and probably a little more cake than that…LOL. Hey, I’m not going to complain about more cake! This site tells you how to frost this cake so the strawberries are peeking out! That is my favorite part of the cake.  If this cake tastes as good (if not better) than it looks, then I doubt you’ll find one person who won’t enjoy this. Give your Easter holiday a little slice of heaven… Okay, two slices.

Easter dessert #5 chocolate moose brownies parfaits  

 

 

I don’t know about you, but I absolutely LOVE mini Cadbury eggs. I mean buy three bags and hide them in my closet and eat them all in a week kinda love.  They are probably my favorite Easter candy. So any chance to incorporate them into an adorable, chocolatey dessert is my kind of treat! Mini Eggs Brownie Parfaits are the perfect way to do that. They are super fast and easy and will make a big impression! If you’re more of a Robbins Egg Malt Ball fan, I won’t hold it against you, and it will be just as cute and yummy!
